In 2002, the first ever Guys Like Us Retreat was held.  It brought together young gay and bisexual men from across Maine.  It was a safe space to talk to each other, to share our tales and build our own community.

We continue to offer this retreat each year to create a safe space for people to talk, to live, to dream, to be.  But the retreat is not complete without you!

Each year, workshops have been a major component of educating each other.  Some of the workshops in the past have included health questions led by Dr. Mark Rolfe, spirituality, dating and relationships, and coming out.
